On 08/11/1992 Carson was convicted of rape 1st degree in Okanogan County. Carson assaulted and had sexual intercourse with an adult female. Carson also ha convictions for assault with attempt to rape, disorderly conduct. NVOL, DUI, burglary 1st degree ans assault 4th.

Carson was sentenced to 102 months in prison. Carson did not receive any drug, alcohol or sex offender treatment while incarcerated. Carson must register as a sex offender with the Sheriff's Office in the county he lives in. Carsons registration requirement is non-expiring
