On 12/31/88 Baker sexually assaulted a 6 year old male who he was related to Okanogan County. On 12/06/90 Baker was convicted of rape of a child 1st degree in Okanogan County. In 1994 Baker was convicted again of rape of a child 1st degree in Spokane County.

Baker was sentenced to 68 months in prison for the 1990 conviction.

Baker has admitted to sexually assaulting at least 20 other children in the past. Baker has been diagnosed as a pedophile with a preference for small boys. Baker has been classified as a sexual predator. Baker must register with the county Sheriff's Office in the county where he lives in. Baker has a non-expiring sex offender registration requirements.
